Maybe you should add another healer or tank class because, there is more Dps classes to play then tankers or healers.
I suggest water type healer, or a double sword tanker.

ok, here are the basic roles each class is supposed to play:

Berserker: Furious Warrior who defeats opponents with bone-shattering impact, Tank/Melee DPS, Chainmail.
Wizard: Intelligent spellcaster who uses the elements to obliterate his or her foes, Range DPS, Cloth.
Knight: Warrior who uses holy power and a blade or hammer to pound his/her foes into submission. Tank/Healer, Platemail.
Rogue: Stealthy fighter who is almost undetectable to the untrained eye. Melee DPS, Leather.
Cleric: Holy spellcaster who uses the divine arts to smite opponents. Support/Healer, Cloth.
Marksman: Elite sniper who can use a bow or gun better than most. Range DPS/Tank, Chainmail.
Druid: One who uses nature to subdue foes. Range DPS/Healer. Leather.
Necromancer: Dark spellcaster who uses minions and curses to decimate foes. Range DPS/Spammer. Cloth.

And here is the Armor scale:

Cloth: useable by anyone.
Leather: not useable by Necromancers, Clerics, and Wizards.
Chainmail: not useable by Druids, Rogues, Necromancers, Wizards, and Clerics.
Platemail: Only useable by Knights.

so as you can see, this is armor scales.

Now, if I go further into detail it would be a spoiler, so I won't, but I'm trying to make it so that every class has equal chances do damage, and tanks have a better chance to keep aggro. It's hard balancing, so please make suggested skills if you want a certain class to do something.

Wait since berserker have big life they can tank, but they have low def because they barely wear armor, if you want to know more play FFX-2 and get the berserker class sphere.

No, berserkers r a very str based class, meaning they can tank, but since they also have speed in their furious onslaught, they need more manueverability than a knight does.

Here, I guess I should give off a few more ability spoilers:

Berserker
A berserker is a furious warrior who uses brute force to pound his opponents into submission.

Berserker Skills
Furious Shout: The berserker give a terrifying shout, making all around him fear him for a while, they will do less damage and attack slowly. Cooldown: 12 Mana cost: 10
Shattering Strike: The Berserker strikes an opponent's armor, tearing into it. Damage: 15 -5 armor. Cooldown: 5 Mana cost: 10
Crushing Blow: The Berserker crushes an opponent with a powerful blow. Damage: 50. Manan Cost: 25. Cooldown: 8
Cleave: A berserker is well trained in the arts of hand-to-hand combat, it has a chance to attack more than one opponent. Chance: 15% (Passive).

Ok, theres soem berserker abilities, hope you can build on them, oh, and btw, why didn't anyone comment on the wizard abilities I posted?

Hmmmm... are you using a reference to some classes on another game or book or something or are you making an entirely new concept? Well, anyways, the reason i post here is because i have a suggestion on classes, in every RPG i have ever seen there is atleast one class that can control the power and might of evil, and it is often that class that is the most alluring class for everyone, so i suggest you add one (yes i know you have the necro). And my suggestion is Dark Templar (i base it on AoC Dark Templar) it has lifestealing attacks and otherwise annoying skills, most people doesn't like it because it doesn't do pure damage, it has alot of debuff combos, unfortunately i have never ever played Dark Templar so i don't know it's skills in Age of Conan, but now i have given you the basics and i hope you can atleast make something new out of it (don't want a copy of classes in every other damn game).

ok, heres my "Evil" Class, the necro

It uses debuffs and drains as well as the undead to obliterate foes.
If you want to know more, then I'll release a spoiler on it sometime in the near future.

Well thing with my necro is, that most attacks r his damaging spells, cuz he can summon a FEW minor undead, and starts with one Minion that stays with him forever.

Hmmmm, sounds exactly like the AoC Necro, just that the AoC necro has like 12 minions out at the same time, and better minions take more minion points, for example, he can have 12 lifestealers (the best according to me) or only 6 magus's. But if you chose Nightfall you just do a hell lot of damage and have no hp at all and your minions sux

Well here's my minion/pet system.

After you chose ur class and race, if you chose Necro or Marksman, you get transported to a special area for the class u chose.
There there r several cricles of power with pet/minions near them. You get to chose one of those by wakling on the circle of power.
After you chose the pet you are moved to the town square and a pet of the type u chose is spawned beside you.

So, all of the pets have different skills, and the cool thing is, they r heroes.

Sounds interesting, it also sounds based on the WoW hunter pet system.

The WoW hunter pet system is you can tame a beast in the wild at any time, given certain conditions apply.

My system is that you choose the pet at beginning of game and can't repick unless u repick entire character.
